We had a beautiful double room with a lovely balcony overlooking the Venetian harbour. The decor was divine and the location just perfect surrounded by wonderful restaurants and tiny boutique shops and galleries. The stairs are steep as there is no lift but it was totally worth the effort. The staff were extremely helpful in every way and the breakfast varied and delicious. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises

The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond. I lost my room key and they immediately sent someone to get me a new key at 3 in the morning. The location was amazing right in the heart of the venetian Harbor. Lots of restaurants, bars and a great view. I highly recommend this place, especially the King suite, it has the best view.

Location was top - beautiful view from balcony. No elevator but we were only one floor up. Noise from restaurants beside hotel, but not from the one directly under us. Room was fairly quiet at night. Top service at reception (24h) and good variety breakfast in neighbouring building.

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location near to lots of restaurants,bars and shops. Spotlessly clean with large shower and lovely view from balcony. Super friendly and helpful staff on reception. Lovely breakfast with good choice

The room was huge, the shower was large, the bed was very comfortable. The room, called "Prince," had an extremely high ceiling. The AC worked very well. The breakfast was excellent! Staff were very, very helpful and nice.

The room was very clean and confortable. We hand a balcony with a great ocean view in the old city town. The breakfast had many options and it was very good. The hotel was near to all the places of interest.

We loved the theme! We stayed in the Countess room. It was a sizable room and the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating and eve were willing to let us check out a little late. The free breakfast is located near the hotel and was delicious! Wifi was decent. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town where you can do some shopping and see the sights! It was an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful property located in Chania Old Town. There is no elevator but the staff will assist with your luggage. The staff was attentive and very eager to help. The breakfast buffet was filling and had great choices. I enjoyed my stay!

We visited The Elia Palatino Hotel with our friends for their 50th Wedding Anniversary treat. From making the booking to our arrival Dimitri was always on hand to answer my emails. Our check in was quick and we where shown to our rooms. Well WOW the hotel is perfect from décor to service. Our room was the Queen. This was on the second floor with high ceilings and beams which lite up. The bathroom is large with a big walk in shower big enough for two. I was blown away it is just perfect and HUGE. Our friends stayed in a harbor view room the Duke and again this was perfect, the attention to detail is spot on. The hotel has a room terrace which looks over the harbor, we went up there with wine and nibbles just to finish our night off. Breakfast was lovely just a short walk around the corner to another building. They had everything you could imagine and possible want to eat/drink.
